Bronni has spent more than 25 years as a nurse and midwife, caring for individuals and families through every stage of life and truly loves this work. Over the years, however, began to see the limitations of traditional medicine. While it’s invaluable for acute care, felt called to explore a more proactive and empowering path, one that supports the body’s innate intelligence and focuses on preventing illness, not just treating it.
Today, her passion lies in guiding others to reconnect with their bodies, to trust their inner wisdom, and to experience what’s possible when the nervous system is in flow. Our mission is to help people live with greater freedom, calm, and vitality, becoming the most aligned, whole version of themselves.
To support and empower individuals of all ages to return to balance through nervous system regulation and gentle, holistic care. We honour the body’s God-given wisdom and innate ability to heal creating a space where safety, softness, and transformation can unfold. Our mission is not just to relieve symptoms, but to help you reconnect with your body and begin living from a place of ease, vitality, and self-trust. Aid all in nervous system healing
We believe the body was designed to heal and that healing begins the moment we feel truly safe. Stress, trauma, and overwhelm leave imprints in the nervous system, but with the right support, the body knows exactly what to do. We don’t fix. We don’t force. We listen, we hold space, and we follow the body’s lead. Healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey — it’s personal, sacred, and absolutely possible.
To create a ripple effect of healing, one nervous system at a time. When the body is in flow, life flows too. We envision a world where more people live grounded in calm, clarity, and connection. Where pain is understood, not feared, and where healing is seen as a return, not a fix. Through every session, every touch, every conversation, we are planting seeds of restoration, for our clients, our community, and generations to come.
Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the nervous system to help release stress, tension, and blockages stored in the spine. It helps restore communication between the brain and body, allowing healing to happen powerfully.
Spinal Flow does not involved cracking or manipulation like chiropractic care. It is not like a massage as we don’t work with muscles, but with the nervous system directly – although you will feel like you have had a massage! While physio focuses on injury rehabilitation, Spinal Flow focuses on releasing the stored stress that may be contributing to pain, fatigue, or overwhelm.
Clients have found relief from:
Because Spinal Flow works at the nervous system level, many symptoms improve as the body returns to balance.
Spinal Flow sessions are conducted while you are fully clothed laying on your tummy, while I gently assess and access specific points along your spine — called gateways. These help the body identify where stress is being stored. Sessions are calming and deeply relaxing, and many people feel a shift even after the first visit.
Each body is different! As we all have different requirements our care is specifically tailored to your needs. Some people have immediate results, but others find that their recovery takes time. After your initial assessment, we’ll talk about a treatment plan that supports your individual goals — whether that’s short-term relief, long-term nervous system regulation, or general wellbeing.
Please wear soft, comfortable clothing. Avoid denim or anything restrictive. You remain fully clothed during the session, and treatments are done with a gentle, respectful touch over clothing.
During a Spinal flow session our clients feel relaxed and often go into a deeper meditative space. Some clients will move with the flow of energy, some will be very still. You may experience muscle twitches, heat or tingling through the body, or even emotional releases like crying, sighs or laughter. Mostly it is an indescribable state of relaxation.
Yes. Spinal flow is gentle enough for children, the elderly, and people with chronic health conditions, as well as being safe in pregnancy! We always begin with a full assessment to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout.
Absolutely. Spinal Flow complements other modalities beautifully — including massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and counselling. It’s not either/or. It’s about creating a support system that works for you.
Not at all. Your body leads the way. Sometimes emotions naturally release during a session — other times they don’t. You don’t have to talk or re-live anything for Spinal Flow to work. Your body knows how to release what’s ready, in its own time.
You can book a FREE spinal and posture assessment by Booking Here or send a message via our “contact us form” if you have questions. I’m here to guide you gently, and there’s no pressure to commit.
The spinal flow technique is regulated by its own professional body, not AHPRA; private health rebates are not applicable.
Living with pain is not normal. The body is designed to be in equilibrium but life stressors upset this balance. When our body is stressed it is felt as pain. Our bodies know how to heal, they just need a little help.
