Spinal Flow can help release physical, chemical and emotional blockages in our spine. These stressors are stored as pain and accumulate over our life time. As we work with the nervous system these layers come off the body until all stress causing pain has diminished.

As a certified spinal flow practitioner Bronni uses touch, palpation and other techniques to release spinal blockages. Regular postural assessments are undertaken to track changes in the body.

The focus of the Spinal Flow Technique is the brain and our spinal cord – our body’s master controller. As a blend of cutting edge science and the healing arts, the Spinal Flow Technique identifies and releases blockages (chemical, physical and emotional) that are held onto by our nervous system. The blockages are caused by stress in our lives and then manifest into symptoms of pain, disease and illness.

It is important to recognise that pain is like a warning signal from the body, a signal to take action and to do something before the pain turns into serious illness and disease.

As practitioners we connect with specific points on the body, to activate the body’s healing wave which helps the body to clear the blockages or static interference in our nervous system.

The technique consists of light touches on different points of the spine. After a series of sessions clients report feeling more grounded, invigorated, rediscover more restful sleep, focus and mental clarity. An overall feeling of well-being is also common.
